Shipping Policy

We’re excited to create something special just for you! Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will ship.


Order Processing Time

Because many of our items are custom-made, please allow 3–7 business days for order processing.

  • Personalized items may take up to 7 business days depending on the complexity of the design.

  • Non-personalized items usually ship within 2–4 business days.

We always do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible!


Shipping Within the United States

We currently only ship to addresses within the U.S.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total, weight, and location.

  • We ship via USPS and UPS, depending on the best rate and delivery speed for your area.


 Estimated Delivery Time

After your order is processed and shipped, you can expect delivery in:

  • 3–7 business days for most U.S. addresses.

Please note: shipping times are in addition to our processing times.


 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to update.

Delays or Address Issues

We are not responsible for shipping delays once your package is in the hands of the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we are not able to re-ship or refund packages due to incorrect addresses.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to find a solution.


 Holiday Orders

Please order early during peak seasons (especially November–December), as both processing and shipping times may be longer due to high demand and carrier delays.
