Your satisfaction is very important to us at Carly’s Creations. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products, and we’re committed to making sure every customer is happy with their purchase.
Personalized Items
Due to the custom nature of personalized products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on personalized or custom-made items. Please double-check all spelling, dates, and other details before placing your order, as we create exactly what is submitted.
Non-Personalized Items
If you purchased a non-personalized item and are not satisfied, we’re happy to accept returns within 30 of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

You must contact us at carly@carlyscreationsco.com before sending the item back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding original shipping charges).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work quickly to make it right.
